Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including the handcrafted wooden box with signature medallion. Returns must be associated with the original order or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at admin@villaggiomadeinitaly.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a return label is provided by Villaggio, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We also cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging, including the handcrafted wooden box with signature medallion.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that the cost of any return shipping label provided by Villaggio will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
