Shipping policy

Villaggio currently ships within the contiguous United States only.

Complimentary Ground Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

The contiguous United States includes the 48 connected U.S. states and Washington, D.C. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped by ground service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Signature Required Upon Delivery

All Villaggio shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Please make sure someone will be available to receive and sign for the package at the shipping address provided. Villaggio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues if no one is available to sign at the time of delivery.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
